For a simple at-home cocktails try the Easy Brini - Lambrini Original, 50ml Apple Juice, Handful of Mint, Cubed Ice. Create by adding cubed ice to a wine glass along with a few mint leaves. Pour in 50ml of apple juice and then top up the glass with Lambrini Original. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
